• Nearly 500 brands left the smartphone market since 2017. I didn’t even know there were that many smartphone brands tbh.

• China is no longer exporting gallium and germanium, two materials you need to have to manufacture semiconductors. That’s kind of a problem because China produces 80% of the world’s gallium and 60% of the world’s germanium. The tech war rages on.

• If you have a spare billion, you can rename Harvard Medical School.

• Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi introduced a bill to double the amount of H-1B visas issued each year. Thank God.
